Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer?
I am a mobile trainer covering North and West Vancouver. I train my clients in their homes, outdoors or in their condo gyms. We can train in person or virtually over zoom/face time/google hangouts to name a few! I offer 1 to 1 training, partner or small group training and corporate training.
What qualifications do you have?
I am an certified as a personal trainer through The American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am also a certified Girls's Gone Strong Menopause Coaching Specialist, ACE Senior Fitness Specialist, ACE Youth Fitness Specialist and TRX Suspension Trainer Coach. I believe whole heartedly in the value of continuing education and continually strive to expand and broaden my knowledge in any way that will help my clients.
Do I need a large space and my own equipment?
Not at all! You just need a space large enough for a yoga mat with a bit of room to move around it. No equipment is required, a lot can be achieved with body weight alone. If you do have your own equipment, we will use it and I also have a large selection of equipment which I will bring along to our sessions too.
Do I need to be fit to work with a trainer?
Not at all! In fact, I love to work with women who are new to fitness. I can help you to set goals and accomplish them. We will start at your level and build from there.
I have young children at home, is that ok?
I am a mom myself and I understand how difficult it can be to find time for yourself when you have young children. Having them around during the session is not an issue at all. They can even join in if they want! Plus, its great for them to see Mom working out!
Do you offer free, no obligation, introductory sessions?
Yes I do! If you are interested in training with me, I will set up an introductory session where we can meet, discuss your goals and lifestyle and go through a training session. You can then decide if I am the trainer for you. I won't hassle or pressure you, the choice is yours!
