A Bit About Me

Making a Positive Impact

As a mobile personal trainer based in North Vancouver, I help midlife women navigate the changes that perimenopause and menopause bring. Menopause is a natural, normal and inevitable part of a woman's life which can be viewed as an opportunity to pursue new goals, adventures, relationships and ways of life. However, it also comes with many challenges. Every woman is impacted differently and there are many menopausal symptoms that can effect us such as fatigue, brain fog, hot flushes, weight gain, mood swings and difficulty sleeping to name a few. Exercise and self care can help to reduce the impact and severity of menopausal symptoms. I sincerely believe that fitness is not just about how you look, but how you feel, and I want to help you feel amazing. Embrace the change, ignite your strength!
